Giulia Musmeci graduated with honors from the University of Milan with a Master’s degree in Veterinary Biotechnology. Her Master’s thesis, conducted at the Reproduction and Developmental Biology Laboratory (ReDBioLab), University of Milan, focused on the cellular and molecular characterization of bovine oocytes derived from ovaries with a low follicular reserve. She is currently a Ph.D. student, and her project involves investigating the effect of nutrient imbalance on preimplantation embryo development and developing skills in in vitro embryo production, immunofluorescence, and image analysis.
